Your brain works
differently.
Let's work with it.
Most ADHD treatment stops at the prescription. NeuroFunction™ goes further by pairing your medication management with a structured, 12-week cognitive skills training program that translates your neurocognitive testing data into real, lasting strategies for daily life.
"It is not only about discovering what your cognitive deficits are, but why they show up in your life, and exactly what to do about them."
Whole-person ADHD care that doesn't stop at the prescription
ADHD is not a focus problem. It is a full-spectrum neurodevelopmental condition affecting memory, processing speed, emotional regulation, executive function, and so much more. Medication addresses the neurochemistry. NeuroFunction™ addresses the skills.
This program was built specifically for patients who have completed Dr. Joanne's neurocognitive testing. Every session is anchored to your individual results, not generic ADHD advice, but strategies designed around the specific domains where your brain works differently.
Over 12 weeks, you will build a complete cognitive toolkit: systems for managing attention, memory, time, planning, emotional regulation, and daily life - all mapped directly to your neurocognitive profile. By the time we're done, you will understand your brain in a way most people with ADHD never get the opportunity to.
This is for the woman who is tired of being told to try harder. You don't need to try harder. You need better tools.
What makes this different NeuroFunction™ vs. Generic ADHD Coaching
Built directly from your neurocognitive testing profile not one-size-fits-all content
Clinician-led by a psychiatric nurse practitioner - not an app, not a worksheet packet
Three formal reassessment points to track your measurable progress
Addresses all 13 neurocognitive domains - attention, memory, processing speed, executive function, flexibility, and more
Integrated with your existing medication management for comprehensive care
Includes caregiver and partner support module for families
PROGRAM REQUISITE
Adult ADHD testing with Dr. Joanne is required before beginning this program.
Is This Program Right For You?
Here for you.
Here for your whole life.
NeuroFunction™ is designed for adults who are ready to move beyond diagnosis and into lasting, practical change.
Newly diagnosed adults
You've just received your ADHD diagnosis and want to understand what it actually means for your daily life and what to do about it beyond medication alone.
Professionals under pressure
You're managing a career, a household, and a family and ADHD is making all three harder than they need to be. You need systems that work in the real world.
Mothers carrying the load
You're managing everyone else's lives while struggling to manage your own. Your needs matter. This program is built around you, not a generic adult ADHD template.
Patients on medication who want more
Medication is helping, but you're still struggling with organization, time, memory, and emotion. You're ready to build the skills that medication alone cannot teach.
Women who've been overlooked
ADHD in women is chronically under-identified and under-treated. If you spent years being told you were anxious, flaky, or not trying hard enough, this program sees you clearly.
Those who've tried everything
You've read the books, tried the planners, and downloaded the apps. NeuroFunction™ is different because it starts with your actual brain data not generic productivity advice.

I
Foundation
Weeks 1-4
We begin where every good plan begins: with honest, data-grounded self-knowledge. You'll learn to read your own neurocognitive profile, build your Brain Map, set meaningful goals, and establish the foundational skills: attention management, memory systems, and cognitive energy that make every strategy that follows more effective.
WEEK 1: Orientation & Your Brain Map
WEEK 2: Attention Foundations
WEEK 3: Sustained Attention & Processing Speed
WEEK 4: Memory Systems
II
Executive Function & Self-Regulation
Weeks 5-8
This is where we build the scaffolding your executive function was never fully able to provide. You'll develop concrete tools for planning, prioritizing, initiating tasks, managing emotional reactivity, and using your body and senses as cognitive allies. The mid-program reassessment at Week 6 gives us objective data on your progress.
WEEK 5: Planning, Prioritization & Task Initiation
WEEK 6: Cognitive Flexibility & Emotional Regulation
WEEK 7: Movement, Sensory Strategies & Reaction Time
WEEK 8: Integrated Strategy & Complex Real-World Tasks
III
Generalization & Long-Term Maintenance
Weeks 9-12
Everything you've built now gets applied to the areas of life that matter most: work, home, relationships, and your sense of self. We address ADHD identity and shame, build self-advocacy skills, and create a personalized relapse prevention plan so that when life inevitably gets hard, you know exactly what to do. You graduate with a complete cognitive toolkit that is yours to keep.
WEEK 09: Work & School Optimization
WEEK 10: Home, Health, Finances & Relationships
WEEK 11: Resilience, Identity & Relapse Prevention
WEEK 12: Reassessment, Graduation & Maintenance Plan
HOW TO GET STARTED
Your path to NeuroFunction™
Four straightforward steps from where you are now to a brain that finally has the tools it needs
1PREREQUISITE
Complete Adult ADHD Testing with Dr. Joanne
NeuroFunction is built on the foundation of your individual CNS Vital Signs neurocognitive evaluation. If you haven't yet completed ADHD testing, that's where we start. Your testing results become the personalized map we follow throughout the entire 12-week program.
2INTAKE
Complete Your Comprehensive Intake
Before your first session, you'll complete a detailed intake form including your functional concerns, occupational profile, and baseline standardized assessments. These measures are your starting point. We'll compare them at Week 6 and Week 12 to document your measurable progress.
312 WEEKS
Attend Weekly Sessions & Practice Daily
Each week you meet virtually with Dr. Joanne for a 50–60 minute focused session. Between sessions, you practice your assigned skills for approximately 15–20 minutes per day using your personalized patient workbook. The sessions teach; the daily practice builds. Both are essential.
4GRADUATION & BEYOND

At Week 12, we conduct a final reassessment, celebrate your measurable progress, and compile your complete Cognitive Toolkit - every strategy, system, and resource from 12 weeks of work, organized by domain and ready for life. Booster sessions at 1, 3, and 6 months ensure your progress holds.
